Last July 10-12,  the Salesian Family in Thailand organized the Don Bosco SYM Leadership Camp in Sarasitpit, Banpong  for the 70 youth animators who will be participating in the celebration of the Bicentenary of the Birth of Don Bosco in August 2015 in Turin, Italy.  Around 30 SDBs and FMAs also joined in the camp.

The goals of the camp are to deepen the Salesian Spirituality as preparation for the Bicentenary of the Birth of Don Bosco and to train in animation skills and teamwork in the style of Salesian Youth Spirituality.  The formation inputs were given by the SDB Provincial, Fr. Prasert Somgnam and other Salesians.   The activities consisted of inputs on the life of Don Bosco, workshops, prayers, games, recreations, Taize prayers, Sacrament of Reconciliation, and others. 

It was a very enriching experience for all, journeying together as one Salesian Family towards sanctity in the footsteps of Don Bosco.
